BBQ Fusion:

Stir Fried Chicken with BBQ Gravy

        For this assignment we were asked to develop a unique poultry product drawing from recipes that are common in other countries. In our case we chose a recipe from China- chicken stir fry with gravy- that we turned into our BBQ Fusion dish.

Team Information

We all took various roles in developing and making our product. We each got to experience different aspects of making our product. For example every time we made our product we had two people preparing ingredients while the other two members either cooked the gravy or the chicken, and members swapped roles each time the product was made.

- Markup Percentage Formula:
