Our Process..

      After affirming our product and making a few sample trials for ourselves, we began preforming sensory evaluations of our product to the public.

Small Tamale Reviews:

Audience: College Age

  • Outer covering overdone

  • Little Dry

  • Great Flavor

November  11, 2016

Big Tamale Reviews:

Audience: General Public

  • Smaller one tasted better

  • Too much breading

  • Doughy

Finalizing our Product

Our Improvements from the Sensory Analysis:

  • Keep our product a smaller size

  • Change in breading type and style

  • Add more spices/flavor

  • A lighter food product color 

  • Chicken to breading ratio

  • Bake our chicken not boil

  • Moist chicken 

  • Parfry our product. This will allow consumers, when buying our product, only having to bake once ready to eat.
