Courtney Willits

I am currently a senior in Food Science at Auburn University. After graduation I intend to further my education by working towards my Master's Degree as well as continuing my research.

Sarah Miller

I am currently a senior in Food Science at Auburn University. After graduating I intend on further my education by attending Law School in order to have a career in policy development and enforcement in the food industry.

I am currently a junior in Poultry Science/ Pre-Vet at Auburn University. I aspire to have a career in a science-based field that allows me the opportunity for continuous learning, and the ability to positively impact the lives of others.

Gerald Irvine

I am a junior in Food Science at Auburn  University. After graduation, I plan to acquire a Master's degree in the food science field and to have a career that allows me to apply my creativity to new foods and drinks.

Schnitzel Fingers

Our product is a German-inspired tenderized breast strip that is battered in an egg and beer mixture, followed by a coating of pretzel breadcrumbs.

The cheese is comprised of cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheeses mixed with a combination of flavors and beer to enhance the German flavor profile.

INGREDIENTS: Chicken, crushed pretzel (enriched wheat flour, wheat starch, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, silicon dioxide), vital wheat gluten, salt, corn syrup, vegetable oil (corn, canola, cottonseed, and/or soybean oil), sodium bicarbonate, wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, extractive of black pepper, Egg, Red Wine Vinegar, Beer, Honey, Mustard dijon, Garlic.
